Shipping Options
At Coyote Outdoor Living, we understand the importance of receiving replacement parts and products promptly. That’s why we offer both expedited and standard shipping options within the continental United States. (For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please see below.)
Standard Delivery (Fast)
- Arrival Time: 3 – 6 business days. We mean it when we say “fast” – most our standard ground orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.
- All orders purchased through store.coyoteoutdoor.com receive standard shipping delivery.
- Note: Oversized or overweight items do not qualify.
Expedited Shipping
- Arrival Options: Overnight & 2Day. Due to the wide range of parts we offer, as well as the varying sizes and weights, we recommend contacting us directly to receive the most accurate shipping quote. Our team is happy to assist you in determining the best shipping options for your order.
- Note: Oversized or overweight items do not qualify.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday.
In-stock Items: Your order’s in-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible from our Carrollton, TX warehouse. Back-ordered items will be shipped once available (typically within 4-14 days).
Shipping of In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items placed before 11:59 PM ET (8:59 PM PT) will be shipped the following day. Orders placed over the weekend or on national holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive two emails:
- Order Confirmation: Sent shortly after your order is placed.
- Shipping Confirmation: Includes your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear in the shipping system.
Most orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, and the shipping charge covers both shipping and handling within the continental U.S.
Oversized Items
For oversized or overweight items (e.g., large appliance parts), an additional shipping charge may apply. We will contact you with the option to either cancel the order or pay the extra charge. We will not charge additional fees without your authorization.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
At Coyote Outdoor Living, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. For further assistance or to inquire about alternative shipping options, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are available. Please call our customer service department -855.520.1559 for a shipping quote.
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
At Coyote Outdoor Living, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada.
Inventory & Backorders
While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory, if an item sells out before your order is processed, it will be placed on backorder. We reserve the right to modify our shipping rates and policies at any time.
