Coyote Outdoor Living will accept returns on most items in new, unused, or unopened condition within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund, less any shipping and handling charges.

Returns on returnable purchases must be made within 30 days of purchase in the original shipping container. Consumer is responsible for return shipping/shipping charges.

Applicable restocking fees will be charged for all returns. If the goods cannot be sold in new condition, a refund will not be issued.

To request the return of a returnable item, please contact Coyote Outdoor Living Customer Service (support@coyoteoutdoor.com), provide a copy of your receipt, and include the reason for the return. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued, along with the return address. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The RMA number must be visible on the returning package, or it will be refused by the vendor.

Important Notes:

Products returned without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

All returns, exchanges, and warranties are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Coyote Outdoor Living.

If your product is not functioning properly, please contact Coyote Outdoor Living Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days from purchase. In most instances, our support representatives will assist you in diagnosing and resolving the issue. If the product is deemed defective, the manufacturer or Coyote Outdoor Living (at its discretion) will repair or replace the item or parts with an equivalent item or replacement parts, subject to availability.

With your purchase, you will also receive the product manufacturer’s warranty. Coyote Outdoor Living will provide any warranties on products manufactured by Coyote Outdoor Living that are purchased from the Site.
