- Ingredients:
- Carrots
- Fennel
- Radicchio
- Shallots
- Asparagus
- Endive
- Green Beans
- Olive oil (salt, and pepper)
- Instructions:
- Prep Vegetables: Roughly chop vegetables and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
