I’ll try to make this short and sweet. About six years ago I got my built-in coyote pellet grill. Amazing quality and never had a single problem with it. A couple of weeks ago, unfortunately, get caught on fire. This was due to an installation error on my contractors side And not the grill itself. The contractor that I had install, it had the electrical outlet up against the metal which caused an electrical fire. The one good thing about this fire is that it was all self Contained due to the quality of the grill.
The following Monday, I contacted coyote grills to figure out what I need to do to replace all the electronics in the unit. Francisco, took over the case and had me send him videos So they could see what needed to be done. After reviewing the photos and videos, Francisco determined that it would be a total On the grill. Definitely didn’t wanna hear that news. He then told me to give him a few days to look And he would get back with me the following week. After a few days, Francisco reached back out to me and told me that a brand new grill was headed My way At no charge! I couldn’t believe it!
Within two weeks, the brand new grill arrived like he said. Again, I don’t know what to say about their customer service. It was the best. They did not have to do this. It was an installation error and I knew it was an installation error, and they still took care of the issue. I will never own a different brand grill! Thank you, Francisco and coyote!

I would like to take this opportunity to express what an excellent and positive results I obtain from Coyote Outdoor Service Support department. I really got impress when I called, how quickly they found a solution to my problem. They sent me as a complementary 02 additional flat top grill knobs that got damaged and now my patio kitchen flat top grill works perfectly fine!. Thank you for your Support & Service!.
I have had a coyote grill and outdoor refrigerator for several years… recently i needed some replacement parts… i have had the very best customer service from Francisco and Cameron… they are both very helpful and responsive! I was having problems with my Coyote pellet grill so I contacted customer service. Within a couple of hours I received a call from Francisco. He offered to set up a call with me on a Saturday to trouble shoot my problem. He quickly walked me through some simple adjustments and before I knew it we were up and running. The fact that Francisco took the time to speak with me on his day off speaks volumes to the level of customer service that Coyote supports.

Coyote customer service is outstanding. I have needed to order a few minor parts here and there over the last 3 years of ownership on their 36in. pellet grill and they have always been very prompt and courteous about addressing my needs. The grill is amazing and I highly recommend it.
